Coins on an accepted offer stay held until both sides confirm, or until operations resolves a case.
Communities ask for a phone and an address before trading. Meet points in the app are public places — parks, libraries, and trailheads. Rank on the marketplace follows distance and freshness.
If both of you agree to stop before the exchange is done, confirm the cancel in the trade. The held coins return. That does not open a case.
From the trade, the appointment, or the chat, choose Report an issue and a reason. The thread stays attached. Both members see the case on trade history. The coins do not move while the case is open.
| What happened | Who can report | Coins |
|---|---|---|
| Not received, or the service was a no-show | Buyer | Stay held |
| Not as described, damaged, or incomplete | Buyer | Stay held |
| A clubbed item was missing | Buyer | Stay held |
| Appointment missed, or cancelled after accept | Either side | Stay held |
| The other side went silent after accept | Either side | Stay held |
| Prohibited or abusive listing | Either side, or staff | Listing hidden. An open trade stays held |
Operations staff read the order, the post or service, the chat, both profiles, and the event list. They resolve once:
They can also hide a post, or close the case with a note you can read in the app. You see the outcome on the trade. Staff do this from the operations center; onboarding does not resolve shopping issues.
